Dr. Neufeld has practiced clinical and neuropsychology in Colorado Springs since 1990 and has been licensed through the Colorado Psychologist Board since 1991. He completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Ohio University in 1989, and an internship at the Portland Veterans Administration Medical Center.

Dr. Neufeld was the staff psychologist on the rehabilitation unit at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs for 15 years, until he left to pursue his own practice in 2005.

Dr. Neufeld has medical associate privileges in Colorado Springs at Penrose Hospital.

Whenever there is a free moment, he is a two wheel enthusiast, enjoying both bicycles and motorcycles. He likes walking his dog, reading science fiction, and spending time with his family.
